As is known to all, if the inner surface of the sleeve is left untreated, it is easy to generate airbags during the foaming process, resulting in the use of condensed pipes. Tantec's PipeTEC is specially designed to treat the inner surface of the sleeve before foaming to enhance the adhesion of the inner surface.

Tantec generally has two different electrode systems depending on the size of the sleeve and its tolerance. Stainless steel blade-shaped treatment of the inner surface, but for large pipes with higher resistance, a stainless steel brush-shaped electrode would be better.

The electromagnetic clamp device for fixing the internal electrode is used in conjunction with the stainless steel electrode. If the electrode diameter reaches 630mm, the brush electrode and the larger electrode must be fixed with an extrusion mold or a similar metal wire.
PipeTEC is usually installed in front of the pipe cutter.
